DiscoverBA is not liable or responsible for any damages, loss or claims that the tenant may suffer within the apartment or in the context of the rental. We urge you to acquire an insurance policy in your country to cover cancellation charges, luggage claims, medical expenses, accidents and others at the time of your booking.
In Argentina, the landlords have the right to decide not to allow tenants into their properties. If this were to happen, we will try to help you to make alternative arrangements for you as available.
The use of the property by more than the number of allowed persons, or for non-residential purposes, or in a manner, which violates good custom or the condo agreement, or in a loud or boisterous manner, will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
If construction work at a neighboring property were to occur during the rental period, the tenant agrees that this will not be cause for cancellation of the rental agreement.
Argentina is unfortunately still a Third World Country. Electrical Outages do occur, especially during hot summer days. In winter, sometimes there are natural gas shortages, so heating can be limited as well. Also Air Conditioners do break down from time to time since they tend to not be as robust as in other countries. Additionally, many building consortiums decide at the last minute each summer when they will do their cleaning of hot water tanks. This may leave you without hot water for a few days if it coincides with your stay. In these cases, we will make reasonable efforts to help you, but these are the risks in renting an apartment, and we make no assurance that you will find another apartment at the same rate available during your stay dates.
